CHINA
China has been an important part of Men of Orange's sourcing network for many years. With its vast expertise, strong manufacturing capabilities, and highly developed textile industry, we are able to develop and produce across virtually all product categories.
From outerwear, sportswear, and casual styles to knitwear, bags, accessories, and more technical items, our network in China covers a wide range of specialized manufacturers.
One of China's greatest strengths is the complete supply chain that surrounds the garment industry. Fabrics, trims, hardware, printing, embroidery, washing, and specialized techniques. Everything is within reach and well established. This makes China especially strong when a product involves multiple materials, detailed workmanship, or more complex construction.

BANGLADESH
Bangladesh has developed rapidly into one of the world’s key garment production countries. What was once mainly known for basic, high-volume production has evolved into a much more diverse industry, with modern factories, experienced teams and increasingly sophisticated production capabilities.
The country is particularly strong in cotton, jersey, knitwear and denim, with a large part of the supply chain available locally. Fabrics, yarns, washing, printing, embroidery and garment production can all be sourced within the country, making Bangladesh highly efficient for the right product and volume.
Many of the factories we work with are modern, certified facilities with a strong focus on compliance, working conditions and responsible production. Over the years, the industry has made significant investments in factory standards, technology and more sustainable production methods.
For materials or techniques that are not available locally, Bangladesh is also well connected to the wider Asian textile supply chain. Fabrics and trims can be sourced from countries such as China, India and other regional suppliers, giving us more flexibility when developing a collection.

INDIA
India is colour, craftsmanship and textiles all at once. A country with an incredible textile heritage, where centuries-old techniques exist alongside modern garment factories and large-scale textile production.
That combination is exactly what makes India so interesting for us. The country has a strong local supply chain, particularly in cotton, jersey and woven fabrics, but its real character comes through when materials and craftsmanship become part of the design. Embroidery, prints, beading, handwork, special washes and decorative techniques can all add something to a product that is difficult to achieve through purely industrial production. At the same time, India has the infrastructure and experience to translate those techniques into commercial collections.
Our network covers a wide range of products, from jersey, shirts, dresses and casualwear to more detailed fashion pieces and accessories. Depending on the product, we can combine specialised material suppliers, techniques and garment manufacturers to find the right setup.

VIETNAM
Vietnam is a country we genuinely enjoy working in. Over the years, it has developed into an important part of our network, particularly for outerwear and more technical or complex garments where workmanship really matters. The factories we work with combine strong technical knowledge with a high level of sewing and finishing. From jackets and technical outerwear to sportswear and more detailed fashion styles, Vietnam is particularly interesting when a product requires more than straightforward garment construction. What stands out for us is the attention to detail. Complex constructions, different fabric combinations, technical components and refined finishing can all be handled at a high level. This makes Vietnam a strong option not only for functional products, but also for premium and high-fashion styles where the appearance and workmanship of the garment are equally important. Our selected outerwear partners have experience working with established international fashion brands, which is reflected in their approach to development, quality and production.
Vietnam is not necessarily the country we choose when the only objective is the lowest possible FOB price. We choose it when technical ability, construction and workmanship need to come together and when the product deserves that extra level of attention.

MYANMAR
Myanmar is one of the more specialised production countries within our network, particularly for outerwear, rainwear and functional garments. It is a market we use very deliberately, matching the product with the right factory rather than treating it as a general sourcing destination. Our experience here is mainly focused on jackets, lightweight outerwear, rainwear and ponchos. The factories can work with waterproof fabrics, functional constructions, seam taping and the technical details that come with this type of product. One of Myanmar’s strengths is the balance between workmanship and commercial pricing. This can make the country particularly interesting for larger programs where a product needs to perform technically while still working within a competitive target price. At the same time, this is a sourcing market where close follow-up matters. Factory selection, material testing, compliance, workmanship and production control all need to be carefully managed. We work directly with our manufacturing partners and stay closely involved throughout development and production.

INDONESIA
Indonesia has a long-established textile and garment industry, but what makes the country particularly interesting to us is the diversity of what can be produced. It offers a broad manufacturing base, from everyday jersey and casualwear to sportswear, wovens and more functional products. The textile industry is well developed, with local knowledge in knitting, weaving, dyeing and garment manufacturing. This gives manufacturers access to a strong regional material base while still allowing fabrics, trims and specialised components to be sourced from elsewhere in Asia when needed. Indonesia also brings something important to our wider sourcing network: another serious production option in Asia. Not every product should automatically be placed in China, Bangladesh or Vietnam. Depending on the category, volumes and technical requirements, Indonesia can offer a very interesting alternative. For brands, that also creates opportunities to spread production across different countries and reduce dependency on a single sourcing market. For us, it is always about finding the country and factory that best fit the product, rather than simply following the most obvious production route. PAKISTAN
Pakistan is a textile country from the ground up. With cotton grown locally and a large textile industry built around it, the country has developed a strong vertically integrated supply chain from spinning yarn and producing fabrics to dyeing, finishing and making the final garment. That vertical structure is one of Pakistan’s biggest strengths. Depending on the factory, several stages of production can take place within the same organisation or closely connected production group. This gives greater control over materials, consistency, planning and price, particularly for larger or repeating programs. The country is especially strong in cotton-based products such as jersey, sweat, fleece and denim, as well as workwear and other commercial product categories. With spinning, knitting, weaving, dyeing and garment production all well established, Pakistan can be particularly efficient when the right product is matched with the right vertical setup. For brands, this can also create interesting opportunities to develop materials closer to the garment production itself, rather than sourcing every component through separate suppliers.
For Men of Orange, Pakistan is not a sourcing solution for every category. Its strength lies in knowing how to use its cotton base and vertical manufacturing structure, particularly for products and programs where material, volume, consistency and commercial pricing need to work together.
