PORTUGAL
Portugal is one of our key production countries in Europe. Close to home, flexible and backed by a strong tradition of textile craftsmanship. Short travel times make it easy to visit the factories during development or follow up on production, while relatively low MOQs allow brands to work more consciously with volumes. Portugal is known for its beautiful fabrics. High-quality jersey, sweat and knitwear range from lightweight and clean to heavier, premium qualities. But the possibilities go far beyond these categories. Through our extensive network, we can develop and produce across all product groups in Portugal, whether it is a first collection for a startup or an extension of an established brand.

ITALY
Italy plays a different role within our network. Rather than being one of our main garment production countries, it is an important source for fabrics and materials that we use across our European production. From fine shirting and tailoring fabrics to jersey, performance qualities and technical materials, we can source from established Italian mills and specialists depending on what a product needs. These materials can then travel through our network to the right production partner. It allows us to combine Italian fabric knowledge and quality with the workmanship, flexibility or production setup available elsewhere in Europe.

BULGARIA
In Bulgaria, we work across more constructed product categories, from blazers and trousers to outerwear and other woven garments where pattern, fit and workmanship really matter. Our team there has been working in garment production since 1997, with development, pattern making and sampling handled locally in Sofia. This gives us a hands-on setup where styles can be developed and adjusted before moving into production. Bulgaria is also particularly suitable for medium to high-end production in smaller quantities, typically from around 100 to 1,000 pieces per style. As much of the industry here works on a CMT basis, we are free to source fabrics where they make most sense for the product. This allows us to combine Bulgarian workmanship with fabrics from mills such as Carvico, Eurojersey, Albini, Thomas Mason and Vitale Barberis Canonico. Quality that is not only in the fabric, but in every stitch.

TURKEY
Turkey is one of the most versatile production countries within our network. Through different specialised partners, we can cover a wide range of product groups: T-shirts and sweats, sportswear, swim shorts, fleece, knitwear, shirts, trousers, jackets and outerwear. This allows us to select the right manufacturer for each product, while keeping different parts of a collection within the same country. One of our main partners is fully vertically integrated, allowing us to go much further into material development. Yarn development, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing and garment production are all handled within the same organisation. We can work with existing qualities, but also develop new yarns and fabrics around the needs of a specific product or brand. This gives us access to organic and recycled fibres, Lenzing™ and SaXcell™, as well as different performance finishes and treatments. Combined with our wider manufacturing network and Turkey’s large textile and trimming industry, there is a lot we can source, develop and produce locally.

LITHUANIA
In Lithuania, we work across two main areas: flatknit and jersey. From fashion knitwear, merino and accessories to technical jersey and performance garments. Our flatknit production comes from a family-run specialist, where traditional knitting knowledge has developed alongside modern technology. With a wide range of Stoll machines, we can work with different gauges, yarns and constructions, including more technical and functional knitwear. For jersey, we work with a vertically integrated producer where almost everything happens under one roof: fabric development, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing and garment production. This gives us much more control over the fabric itself and makes it possible to develop a product from yarn to finished garment.

CZECH REPUBLIC
In the Czech Republic, our focus is jersey: T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and other casualwear styles, with a particular focus on organic and recycled materials. Here, the fabric is really the starting point. We work with a textile partner with a large library of developed jersey qualities and extensive knowledge of more responsible fibres and production methods. This allows us to start from an existing quality or develop the fabric around the product, depending on what a brand needs.

In Serbia, we focus on flatknit, from fine merino and lightweight knitwear to heavier sweaters, accessories and technical knitted products. Here we work with a third-generation family business where development and production still sit very close together. The combination of experienced knitwear makers and modern Stoll machinery allows us to play with gauge, structure and construction, including seamless and 3D knitting. A relatively compact setup also makes it easy to develop and adjust styles directly with the people who actually make them.

NORTH MACEDONIA
In North Macedonia, we work with separate production partners for woven and jersey products. This gives us flexibility across different categories, from T-shirts, sweats and other jersey styles to shirts, trousers and more constructed woven garments. The country has a long background in garment manufacturing, particularly in CMT production. This makes it a useful European base when fabrics or trims are sourced elsewhere and brought together for garment production.
GREECE
In Greece, our focus is jersey, working through a Greek partner with garment production in Albania. We use this setup for T-shirts, sweats, hoodies and other jersey categories. Development and production are organised within the same regional network, giving us a practical near-shore option for brands that want to keep production closer to the European market.
